This TISAB calibration solution (also called ionic strength adjuster) is designed to be used with Horiba LAQUAtwin F-11 ion fluoride meter.
This solution is used together with 1 ppm and 10 ppm fluoride calibration standards for even better calibration precision.
 
Fluoride pocket meter needs to be calibrated daily, or every 10 measurements, depending on your frequency of testing.
This set contains 6 x 14 ml bottles and will last for approximately 400 calibrations.
 
How to calibrate LAQUAtwin F-11 fluoride meter (manufacturer recommendations):
 
1) Calibrate with 1:1 mixture of TISAB solution and standard solution
2) Add 1ml TISAB solution to the beaker
3) Add 1 ml of 10 pm standard solution to the beaker
4) Add this mixture to the sensor area, press 'CAL' 2 times and wait for the smiley face to appear.
 
Calibration is now completed with the first calibration point. 
Repeat steps 1-3 with mixing TISAB solution and 1 ppm standard solution for the second calibration point.
