We offer free standard shipping (fully insured) to all mainland USA when you purchase one of our kits.

You also get free shipping when you order anything from the shop above $300.

For any orders between $100 to $300, shipping is $5.95

For any orders below $100, the shipping cost is $8.95.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii

For any orders above $300, the shipping cost is $29.95

For any orders between $100 to $300, shipping is $49.95

For any orders below $100, the shipping cost is $69.95.

Delivery to Canada

For any orders above $500, we offer free shipping to Canada.

For any orders between $100 to $500, shipping is $9.95

For any orders below $100, the shipping cost is $15.95.

Please be aware that you may need to pay local importation taxes. Please check with local authorities to estimate applicable taxes and duties.

International Shipping (except Canada)

If you cannot see your country in the dropdown menu, please contact us before placing your order. We work with variety of freight forwarders or, in some instances, can ship directly to your country of choice.

Make sure you estimate any local duties and taxes for your country - there are plenty of free calculators online that let you estimate local duties.

For all products that are in stock, we process all orders within 2-3 working days and ship the following working day.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your instruments, testing kits, or any other items arrive faulty, we’ll replace them free of charge. Simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem! If you decide to return your unused items:

• Refund Amount: You’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price minus a 4% restocking fee (to cover credit card processing and shipping costs).

• Return Shipping: Contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide a return shipping label.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued the same day we receive your unused item(s). Please allow 3–4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
