We offer free standard shipping (fully insured) to all mainland USA when you purchase one of our kits.

You also get free shipping when you order anything from the shop above $300.

For any orders between $100 to $300, shipping is $5.95

For any orders below $100, the shipping cost is $8.95.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii

For any orders above $300, the shipping cost is $29.95

For any orders between $100 to $300, shipping is $49.95

For any orders below $100, the shipping cost is $69.95.

Delivery to Canada

For any orders above $500, we offer free shipping to Canada.

For any orders between $100 to $500, shipping is $9.95

For any orders below $100, the shipping cost is $15.95.

Please be aware that you may need to pay local importation taxes. Please check with local authorities to estimate applicable taxes and duties.

International Shipping (except Canada)

If you cannot see your country in the dropdown menu, please contact us before placing your order. We work with variety of freight forwarders or, in some instances, can ship directly to your country of choice.

Make sure you estimate any local duties and taxes for your country - there are plenty of free calculators online that let you estimate local duties.

Order Processing Time

For all products that are in stock, we process all orders within 2-3 working days and ship the following working day.

Please allow 5 business days for shipping. We use UPS and FedEx to ship your order.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!

​

You can return your unused kits and instruments back to us for a $50 restocking fee within 30 days from delivery date.

You will have to organize your own shipping back to us, if you are returning the products for any reason other than faulty equipment under warranty.

If any kits or instruments are found to be faulty, we will provide you with a free return label.

​

You can return your unused calibration solutions for $5 restocking fee within 30 days from delivery date.

​
